Im a 5 ft 8 freshman and ive been playing basketball for three years i was the second overall pick in my intown league draft last year seeing that i missed the travel tryouts. I dont know what highschool coaches are looking for but i was wondering if theres any workouts that will better up my chance at making the team. i led the league in blocks and averaged 15 a game but i wasnt the fastest player and i was wondering what excerises could increse my speed and agaility and if u know what coaches r looking for... please respond
