i recently read up on this and have incorporated in my treamill workouts and it is a bun burner.it is much more challenging that the steady jogging pace and i have seen my stamina increase as well.i do it in 1/8 mile segments.

anyone doing this?

Anyone on a serious fat loss program should be incorporating HIIT.
