My names Em, I've recently started training and am trying to eat healthier, I started 3 weeks ago and so far it's going ok, my question is, how do I go about finding out what my total body fat is?
I'm currently 112kg and 5.5ft, I want to lose about 40-50kg

Hi pixiedel, first of all, welcome to FT!!! now, regarding your BF% question, there are several tools here on the FT site that will give you a pretty good aproximate percentage of your BF.
Try looking up in the Health resources, fitness calculators, BF%!
If you have any other questions, feel free to ask
Hope this helps!
