My name is Lindsey and I am new here. I am finally getting the hang of the website itself and have already created my workout plan. Please see my profile for a more in-depth overview of my goals. However, I am looking to lose 100+ lbs. and do so while building muscle.
I do have one question...is there anywhere to track weight and progress, other than photos?
