Hello. I started yesterday at a gym for the first time and this app made it pretty bareable. I typically hate exercise for the sake of exercise. I get bored and push myself too hard. I get frustrated that everything is hard and feel week and sad. I've never walked away from an exercise saying I feel great, so walking away saying "that wasn't horrible" is a win.
This is my first time using a gym without someone setting up a routine for me and leaving me to do the same thing forever so I think I'm enjoying being mostly self guided with direction. I did spend alot of time trying to figure out what they meant and I am feeling it in parts that weren't highlighted as target areas, so that's interesting.
