Introduction

As a general rule I hate exercise. I've never felt good afterwards. I always feel weak or bored. I'm fairly active but I'd like to be stronger and look like it. So here I am on my first self guided gym experience.

Goals and motivation

I want to look and feel stronger. I want more prominent shoulders. I also miss my waist

Fit wall

    Day 1: I feel a little lost but it probably was the best gym day ever. I did the "1st time at the gym" workout. I listened to upbeat music while speed walking (because it's just a warm up) at 3 ish setting. Then I basically tried to match machines went with whatever the weight was set at and lowered as necessary. I did the thing 20-30 times and moved on. There were 2 machines I didn't have in my gym and a bicep curl machine I couldn't adjust so I could reach the parts (I'm 5ft and busty) Then I left. I did hard things but Im not dead. I went home and went to bed. The weird thing is I'm feeling it most in my lower calf and I'm not sure what to make of that.
