Hi there from Philly, PA. I have been on the program now for about a week, trying to loose fat and tone up and I'm using the at-home workout. It seems to be pretty good so far, my biceps are getting tight. :) I used to dance for 14 years (on the side) and about 5 years ago I stopped and got an office job so I've gained some weight since then and I feel horrible about myself. I really am disgusted by the way I look. (I haven't posted a pic yet). I'm not concerned about the legs or arms, since I gain muscle fast here...but more with my chest muscles and abs. I really want to make myself proud to look into the mirror again and not be emarassed to show off my body to my boyfriend.

Don't neglict your arms and legs...... Work your entire body and you'll get better results.
