Quick overview- I am 39,slender build-6feet tall-190lbs. I have worked out for about 3 years off and on. My body has changed quite a bit but I am still not happy. I would still like to build more bulk......biceps,tris,shoulders,lats. I eat well and shake up my routine. Question..this is probably very old but I recently saw american history x.......(old movie) I am not affiliated with the subject matter at all!!!!If I could have the body of ed norton in that movie I would be thrilled. I am a fan of his and built similar.
I know bulk requires good food and lots of it.....all I do is get cut....i like that but how do you bulk up more and keep the bulk out of you gut and make it go to the places you want??
