Hi all!! Just started with freetrainers and am excited that i'm not the only one that's new at this. Looking forward to sharing experiences and learning as much as i can, and of course seeing the end result!! Hoping to put on some lean muscle mass and really shape up. My problem is that I find it hard to gain weight..in the right places anyway!!, but I guess with a little hard work and old fashiond determination you can achieve anything!..Looking forward to hearing from anyone in the same situation as me!!

We can do everything we want with our bodies juliet, we just need to eat right, sleep right and train right.

I'm struggling to put on some more muscle mass, but even thou that now it seems rather hopeless, I know that I'll succeed in the end. Patience is all we need.

thanks Arnold for the positive intput!! have signed up for my program and i've started the diet already! Just having a prob with the carb of which i'm adicted to!! But i guess it happens to the best of us!! I'll let you know how my progress goes.

Welcome. I am recently new to this board myself (about 1 month). so far this program is working well for me. In the past month I am down 1% in bodyfat, have put on 2lbs of muscle and have dropped 2" from my waist and hip areas respectively. Hope you have as good a time with this site as I am having.

Thanks for the encouragement bigbike..glad you have had such good results!! I look forward telling a similar story. So far so good..will keep you posted!!! Just the diet thing is giving me grief!!
