Just put on a disc man with your favorite music and then off you go "one two three four" (or "un deux trois quatre" if you are French Canadian!!)

A part from that, decent guy, you don't want to say more about yourself? (don't worry we are all extremely nice peeps in here!!)

Hey nice guy, Welcome as far as a walking program never seen one. Walking can be great cardio added to any of the ft programs. Have signed up for a program or just looking around, like Nina said tell us a little about yourself what part of Canada are you from?

Hey, Canadian wolf, the link above should take you to the walking section of runnersworld.com, they have a lot of information and some beginner plans for walking.

Walking up hills is great for the glutes. I got that from runnersworld. I started incorporating 15 min onto my workout 4 days a week at 15% incline and whew, it is great.
