Hi,
I know this is relatively embarassing. But im 15, and meh, overweight. Not by tons but id feel better if i did lose weight. My diet is ok, No pop/soda and not much fried food. with tons of vegies and generally the right thing to eat...
But none the less.. i need some ideas of what i should be doing to lose some weight. i have access to a school gym, but would like to do 3/4 of the stuff at home for i have an after school job and it would be hard ot find time.
any home workout would be nice.

Why not do one of the Freetrainers workouts?
If you fill out your exercise profile, you can get a personalised workout, and you can specify that you don't have access to equipment, so that you can do your workout at home.

As you suggested, start by cutting back or out the bad stuff and add in the good. Add some exercise and some motivation and you will be on the right track!

That's what I did. I filled out one of the things for working out at home and days when I'm not at the gym, I do the sheet. It's very effective.
