I'm starting up again and thinking about doing Mens Healths HGM program (http://www.menshealth.com/cda/article.do?site=MensHealth&channel=fitness&category=workout.plans&conitem=9bd999edbbbd201099edbbbd2010cfe793cd____)

I'm just kind of weary because the first 8 weeks is the same full body workout 2 times a week. I'll be doing it 3 times a week, with cardio a couple of off days each week. Do I really want to do the same workout 3 times a week for 8 weeks? Im looking at you bb1fit & co - what do you think of this plan?

I should also add that I'm 22, 170lbs, 5'8" and am trying to burn off a bit of fat from my stomach before starting to really try to pack on muscle.
