I'm just kind of weary because the first 8 weeks is the same full body workout 2 times a week. I'll be doing it 3 times a week, with cardio a couple of off days each week. Do I really want to do the same workout 3 times a week for 8 weeks? Im looking at you bb1fit & co - what do you think of this plan?
