Whoha! what a break I have missed you guys. My workouts have not been that great. So I have decided to refresh myself. My biggest problem is my diet. I know what to eat and when I just am not sure of the total cal for my body... I have a fast metabolism but have a very sedentary job(office work). So I just wonder what my requirements are for fat loss considering the above and my current workout...

I HIT train 3x a week and cardio 30 min of high intensity 3x a week. It is quite frustrating any thoughts...

well it sounds like your workouts are fairly frequent and you're also getting the cardio in there... but you said you're having some probs w/ ur diet right... do you bring snacks to work and that... ??

Well no,not really my snacking is minimal and it is usually not junk food ie.. candy, cookies. If it is anything it is an extra chix or an extra piece of bread. It takes a lot for me to feel full. I eat 5-6 times a day normally a 45%c-35%p-20%f. Roughly 1400-1600 cal.
