Welcome to FT! Good for you, working so hard to attain your goals!!

It sounds like you are off to a good start, the only suggestion I can throw in there is to be careful, I don't see a profile to see your weight, etc. but an average weight loss is 1-2 pounds a week of "true" loss - often a greater loss is due to water weight loss and sometimes even muscle, so make sure you are eating enough calories to sustain your energy requirements and then expect a 1-2 pound loss a week, it doesn't sound like a lot but it is healthy and you have a much less chance of gaining it all back by doing it this way. You may lose a bit more or a bit less as we are all different - but don't get discouraged as if you are working out you are becoming more healthy by the day regardless of your weight loss if you are eating right, also, and getting your sleep!

You can do it! Feel free to go to the Overweight & Obesity forums and join us every Monday for posts sharing our struggles and accomplishments!! We certainly all need some help now and then!!
