Hi everybody,
I have been training for about 2 months. I have seen really good gains. I went to the gym today, and found that I can lift alot more than other guys and I got to thinking, am I going to fast??? I can do it and I love pushing harder and harder, I lift very well. My question is, am I hurting my heart?? And does training really put strain on your heart??
I wanna lift heavy and its not hard at all

Unless you are taking drugs or have a heart condition I believe you OH TAY.......... IN THE HEALTHY HEART AREA. :love:
There have been many studies on resistance training and the heart. It has been found that training can be beneficial even to heart patients.
