hey everyone.....juss wanted to let u pepz know im still out here. Its getting hard to work out since school started (im 17,male,5' 8). but anyways, i started 195 lbs and now im 155 lbs (started in july). everyone says i look realy nice now hahaha. i guess dat means healthier and better? Anyways thx everyone for ur support u all gave me :)NO WAY i couldve done all this without ur help.
now for my ?. knowing my stats from above, wut do u people suggest i do. I mean, i am still on a diet. eating less dan i burn. eating healthy foods only. counting calories. i still have a fatty abdomen when i sit down. My plan was weight loss ever since i began this freetrainers. Id like to lose a bit more (until stomach isnt so flabby when i sit) and then switch to mass gain. Does anyone have suggestions on how i go about taht. When do i know to make this transition...is there a good weight target/waist size i should look for (32 inch waist now from a 44)? How bout calories (i need to eat more for mass gain rite? how much more? wuts a good calorie count for duh day? the thing im MOST MOST MOST VERY VERY afraid of is gaining weight again cuz of eating more. thx in advance people. special thx to lyn for IMing me and helping me out that time.

Well I can tell you from experience that no matter how much weight you lose that excess flab on the ab will not go away. You are going to need to fill out the muscle in your abs. Now you want to gain good weight by eatting lots of good stuff. The only way you get rid of that ab flab is... well I don't know. I still got mine! Diet probably needs to be really strict (low carb, high protien).

Don't be afriad of gaining the weight back. I was deathly afraid of getting fat again too, but now I eat all that I want and I don't gain any waste size. Remember get off the scale and start measuring your waste size instead. Mucsle weights more then fat does. A 32 inch waste is good. I would slowly increase your calorie intake to about 2500 or so.

If your hungry all the time, then your not eatting enough. So eat right and train smart!
