i am new to this whole "living fit" thing. i just need advice on some low impact cardio exercises. i have health issues that keep me from running, jumping, anything high impact really, and i have balance issues so standing on one foot is out of the question anyway. i need to know some things that can help me lose weight and be the mother i want and need to be. i am currently 247 lbs.... and would really just like to lose 20-30 lbs as my first goal..... doesn't seem like much, but ya gotta start somewhere. right? and i am already calorie counting and never reach my target calories for the day.... i try to avoid carbs and try to eat lots of veggies and proteins... i don't eat sweets at all anymore..... and i do walking videos that is find online.... they say they are the equivalent of 4-5 miles of brisk walking.... but i don't ever feel that my heart rate is up and i NEVER get out of breath while doing them.... even the aerobics ones.....what am i doing wrong?
