Are there any foods I can eat or vitamins I can take that will help reduce breast size?

Cardio, cardio and some more cardio. Weight lose did it for me, so I had to have my done.
We all should have such problems, I know it's all relative.

Loose fat. Breasts are pretty much all fat. If you reduce your overall body fat, your breasts will reduce. As dendys said, cardio, cardio and more cardio.

Yep, correct diet will shed fat. Breast tissue is fatty tissue, and will shed along with other fat. Your body does not care where it sheds the fat from, so it may not be immediate in that area. Depends on the person, but it will come off.

Well this is my favorite subject. The hear t needs at least 20 minutes, the stored glycogen another 10 minutes so now we are up to 30, and get to fat.........45-60minutes. It seems like alot, but I just take classes and the hour is up in no time. I cross train with stairmaster, bike and treadmill. The very best way I have found to get rid of fat is interval training. Cycling classes are great for that and no carbs after 4pm.
See you in the gym

I would guess that would mean the heart rate needs to be in the correct range as well, not just 1 hour of activity as my 20 -30 min runs before my weight training (which is close to an hour) doesn't count.

That depends if you are looking to lose weight or not?
If you are doing 20-30 minutes of cardio at 60% of your potential, the heart will get stronger, you will be warm and training at an elevated heart rate. That works!
