i HAVE TO GO BACK INTO SURGERY FOR A HERNIA THAT WAS SUPPOSIBLY FIXED AND NOW I HAVE ANOTHER ONE. THEY ARE BOTH SMALL HERNIAS:

SPEGELLAN HERNIA NEAR MY LEFT HIP RIGHT AROUND THE BELT LINE

THE OTHER HERNIA LOWER RIGHT 2 INCHES DOWN FROM BELT LINE NEAR GROIN AREA.



ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR REHAB FROM THESE?

Keep still.

I was born with double hernia and it was operated on when I was 7. Recovery was very hard - there is so much that you use your stomach muscles for, even raising your arms. But don't despair...! Plenty of rest, then some more rest. It sux, but you really need to relax!

I cant remember what I did for rehab, but within the year I was doing olympic gymnastics, so I think if you REST :) then you will recover just fine.
