I recently got a boxing fracture on my right hand so I'm now in a cast, I was wondering if there were any exercises I can do just to keep my strength up until I have two hands again. I'm going to do HIIT and cardio most of the way but do a half assed full body workout once a week just to somewhat maintain my muscle mass. Please give me some suggestions, thanks guys.

Check powerlifting forum...there's a post 'little prob' a guy broke his hand also...there are some suggestiosn there....it's in top 10...
