Well, we all know that it takes change to make your body grow. So here is what I propose...For me there are things in the gym that I second guess on seeing my self doing...maybe it would be to girly...to stupid...what have you...
For me it would be doing jazzercize and stuff like that. Maybe it could be a form of lifting, cardio or anything else...
But the challenge is the next time you go to the gym try something new and different even if you think its stupid.
