I set a new workout up here, and it has included mostly machine work(I still don't have access to machines). I know my basic workout from before, so I am trying to decide if I should start over now, and somehow get back to the same one I used before, or just try to adapt to the new one. My goals haven't changed much, except that I may not need to lose as much weight. Any suggestions?

That is true, and I have been adapting. The thing is, somedays, the entire workout is for machines. I was just wondering if it wouldn't be easier to reset. Seems kind of pointless to submit values for different exercises. I am familiar with most of the routines, so I guess I will continue to use them.

Thanks for the input, Raven
