Hemorrhoids? Creatine Side Effect?

This is a legitimate question, even though I still think it's funny.

k, I'm thinking about taking Creatine in the very near future, but I've heard (not sure how valid this is) that Creatine use can result in hemorrhoids. Now I do know what those feel like and I want no part of it. Anyone know anything about this? I have a desk job and there's no way I'm gonna sit down all day with hemorrhoids!!

Hmmmm, no doubt this question has been HANGING around for a while, BUT, I was ITCHING to FIRE off a response.

My 2 cents: Even if hemorrhoids are a low-risk, potential side affect of creatine usage, I think the possible benefits outweigh that risk. If you are generally in good health, I’d recommend trying it for a short time and evaluating your results – I think you’ll be happier in the END. Plus, there are PILES of people who use creatine – and, on the wHOLE, I’ve never heard or read any serious negative reports. Good luck!

So I just looked this up because I started taking creatine and got a hemroid for the first time. I'm assuming that's what it is because I feel like I crapped out a knife and my bum looks different. Lol tmi I had 2 kids and never a hemroid until taking creatine. So guess I got lucky. 🙄

Recently i took 5 gram of creatine per day and now im suffering by hemmoroid xD
