hey im 17 n about 235lb and 6"1 i have man boobs they are so embarasing and i have been trying to get rid of them for years its so embarasing i havnt gone swimming in 4 years,i was woundering if situps would help i do them for about 10 min a night for a week or so and havnt seen any diffrents in size,what kinda diet should i look into...thanks for all your info:)
Sit up's work your abdominal muscles, not your chest muscles. It also takes longer than one week to see results. I would suggest taking a look at your diet, and cutting back on soda and fried foods, and getting in some weight lifting 3-4 times a week and cardio the same. Hope this helps!
