ok, heres what I did -- bicep curl:

set1 20 reps 30kg
set2 15 reps 30kg
set3 12 reps 30kg
set4 10 reps 30kg

is this right or should it look more like:

set1 20 reps 20kg
set2 15 reps 25kg
set3 12 reps 30kg
set4 10 reps 35kg

I depends... I personally like the strip the bar or run the rack..
10 reps at 35kg
10 reps at 30kg
10 reps at 25kg
and then as many as I can to failure at 20kg

Just using your weight measurements for simplicity...
