A little background, worked out hard in my early 20s to near 30. Got married, got lazy, got fat and out of shape. January 2002 weighed in at 307, got scared, got mad, got help. Started a medically supervised weight loss program (diet and exercise). November 2002 weight 220, at first I did all cardio. Then in September I started to mix in some resistance training, three or four times a week, with cardio on the off days, and sometimes cardio on the lift days. I do shoulders, back and biceps one day and legs chest and triceps on the next lifting day. I do three working sets of three or four exercises, for each body part with abs done every day. Is this to much to little? I know from what I read here I haven't been gtting enough protine and I'm going to correct that. Any other ideas or help? WHAT A GREAT PLACE!!!!!
