My problem area is my hips because that's where i carry extra fat, i'm going crazy:angry: because i don't know the right way to lose it! somebody please help!!!!

The folks will need a better question to be able to give you a better answer. :) Not knowing where you're starting from and where you're wanting to go makes it a guess but I'll take a WAG at it. Assuming you're already doing some resistance training all that's left is diet. Assuming (again) that you're female it's pretty common for the ladies to way under eat when on a diet and eating way to little protein. Gives us some more info and you can get a better detailed answer.
