Can Somebody Help me to gain weight cause its embrassing im 16 5'7 and i weight 105, i really need some help gaining weight, im thinking bout goin to da gym and drinking protein shakes but i wonder will it work for me

Eat lots of good healthy food, drink protien shake, and lift weights and you should gain weight without much problem. IMO

yeah basically do what cristalbelle said, when i started i was like 5'8 and 120 pounds and about 3 or so months later which is now, im 137 pounds, and i eat a lot, drink protien shakes and go to the gym about 3 or 4 times a week

my arms are very skinny so im scared if i start lifting weights dey will get more skinner

u could see all my rips in my body, will da gym help me get my arms bigger and cover up da rips in my body?

Yes, going to the gym will build muscle, which will make your arms bigger not skinnier. I don't understand what you mean about covering up the rips in your body though. If you mean stretch marks, try using some vitamin e or cocoa butter on themm, it will help them fade.

I think I know what he means. Do you mean that you are cut up right now, and you don't want to lose that? Well if that is what you mean, then don't worry a bit guy, the bigger muscles will add an even meaner cut to your arms and they'll be bigger. Bigger is better! lol But yeah as long as you don't add a whole lot of fat on you while in the process of gaining mass, then you won't have a problem with that. Don't take this the wrong way though. You still have to eat, and don't be afraid of doing so! Eat, Eat, and EAT!
