I need some help with my diets. I want to start with a cutting phase I think. But well I don't really get the nutrition tracker. I find that the carbs are really high? is it calculationg correctly?
Also does anyone have any already made diet plans so I can get some ideas??

Nobody's going to be able to tell you a lot from what you've said. Just checked your profile and all I got out of it was you wanted to get big and ripped. Give everyone a better idea about where you're starting from and folks will chime in.

Hmmm ... I think it's because ft recommends 30 - 45 minutes of cardio 3 - 6 times per week during the weight loss and toning programme. The extra carbs keep you human, and give you enough energy to finish your cardio.

If you're looking for a "cutting" programme, check out:

(the website for Beverly International) ... they've got some great sample pre-contest diets there!

Good luck!!

Yeah, the nutritional tracker is geared for pretty active people I think. I don't think if your idea of cardio was a brisk walk it would work for you.
