Both that you mention did help me. Just don't forget that healthy eating is a lifestyle, not a temporary thing. All of my weight gain is in my tummy. And I've always had a little "pooch" even when I was young, slim, no pregnancies yet ... it's just the way I'm built. Crunches really help. It does not sound like you have a weight problem, but I don't know you. I would think crunches and core strengthening would be your focus ... and not so much dieting as long as you maintain a lifestyle of healthy eating habits. I'm certainly no professional though, this is only my opinion. Best of luck to you! Typically, we are our own worst critic.
