Hello,I am not really fat, but i have a big belly that i want to loose,i started doing cardio exercise last month, 5 times a week for about 30-35 min and also im doing sit ups for about 10 min. Now i lost 6 lbs in just a month but not my belly. I dont want to loose weight anymore because now i only weigh 101 lbs. My question is what kind of exercise should i do to trigger my belly? Rian
