im 17 and have weightlifted for about 1 and a half years but i stoped like really early last year. I am trying to shape by torso, i have the muscle i know that for sure but it is just covered in a layer of fat and want to burn that off. so am eating more healthy but dont have a real diet plan and do not know where to start.
i want to sculpt my chest, to eliminate my man boobs, and my abs. i do chrunhes everynight for the past 6 months and have noticed the tightning of the muscles in the ab area and lower ab area. but am not satisfied with results so have stated eating more right.
i need to know what exercies work the chest and ab area efficiently that help burn the fat off. and diet is essential too and dont have moola for protien powder so dont know really what to eat except for fruits and vegtables. i eat a salad everynight with supper cause my mom is into the health stuff. i can get a balanced supper every night but dont know what to do about lunch and breakfast???!?!?!
sorry for double post but i have access to free weights and mounted exercies bike! so hiit sounds good for building my heart strenght and for fat burning right?
but diet is where i need more help on and what exercises i can do along with diet to lose fat on my torso. i am 17 5'7 and 163 pounds!
