I am trying to get started in a fittness program, have joined a gym, and had my body %'s calculated, I just need help with diet and fitness routines to reach my goal. I am having difficulty navigating through this site and was wondering if I could get some help and or pointers.
Welcome Jolene - the sites pretty easy to get around in once you figure out where everything is. :) If you look at the top of the page, you'll see several tabs that will get you started. The Fitness Plan is a good place to start. Also, if you just joined a gym, many have a complimentary session or two with a trainer that will at least show you the right form. Browse the tabs above and post some more specific questions and you'll get plenty of help.
