Ive been wondering how to get faster, and get more explosivness out of the blocks i was in football on def/off line and im fast off the line but i need to know how to train it lol. i have a bigger body so i have some weight to lose but i want to keep my muscles and tone them, then get them bigger. so thats one of my goals before track starts. so anyone have any excersices for speed
