Hi
I need some advice.
Now -
Weight 139lbs
Height 5'4
Stats 36-31-47
I stopped exercising since May03 because Ive moved 3/4 times since then. Cant seem to get my grove back.
My stats at that time was
Weight 127lbs
Height 5'4
Stats 34-28-43
My routine at this time was 20min warm-up and cardi and 40mins weight train 4-5 times a week.
However, now I need some "quick" results and would want some advice as to if this routine would work this time around.

HELP!:)

Hello, getting back on track could be a very hard process. Everybody's body works differently, and no one can tell you if this routine would work for you or not. You have to change it up, and figure out what works best for you. We are not exactly all different either. Our bodies work in similar ways, and I think that whatever type of exercise you are doing, you will see results with the right nutrition. Nutrition is the key in your health and fitness goals. You can workout like crazy and not meet your goals if you don't eat correctly. Goodluck with getting back on track I wish the best to you.
