I really want ot get into the bodybuilding world. But I really do not know where to begin other than working out. Can someone shed some light on what I need to do? I do not want to be huge, but I would like to see some more muscle mass.
It is about training and a diet that is right for you. Up your calories if you are trying to gain mass and lower the calories and do more cardio if you are trying to shed some extra pounds. for example, I do something like this
Up my calories for about 3-5 weeks and gain some mass. Lower my calories for the next few weeks and shed the exta fat I have gained. seems to work for me
