can anyone tell me what I should do??? I was doing my leg work out leg press and lunges {superset} then I moved on to leg extensions and leg curls {superset}and when I finished my second set I felt a pain below my knee almost on my shin bone on the inside and front part of my leg, I immediately stopped and put ice on it for about 15 min. it's still a little sore...what do you think I did? I usually listen to my body as far as working out and I haven't had an injury of any kind for about two years...any input would be gratly appreciated.

It's not a 'muscle' type pain is it?:surprised: Is it the joint where your knee socket fits, or is it more to the inside? And, is it a recurring pain (constant)?
It could be the ACL/MCL. You might want to get that looked at, even if the pain lessens. It could be nothing but a strained muscle. But, if it's the above, you could need follow up attention.

Thanks for replying...The pain was gone shortly after I posted this and I haven't had any since...

It was on my shin bone...almost felt like a shin splint which I haven't had in almost 15 or so years when I first started Track in High School...

weird huh? I just hope that what ever that was it doesn't become a recurring thing when I do my leg workout...I've been changing up my routine recently and added wieghed lunges and I think it was actually the lunges that aggrivated my leg...but what do I know? I feel 100% and I'm gonna start back up again...

thanks for the help
