HI mikeyfresh again....im sorry i ask so many question but i want to know alot....i want to know if i should do cardio in the morning or after work...(i work 7-4)...also is it bad not to eat like for a long period of time..example(i eat like carrot cake at 9am....then tuna fish at 1230...then dinner at 4...how is that....will that effect my losing the love handles...hope not...and whats the best cardio for losinf love handle.....thanks you guys againa u are all the best
Well, first you hasve to eat more than that, and more often. You arent saying much about your diet and that is the most important to you. Your body is like an engine. Don't look after it and fuel it...it doesn't run like it should. Eat good protiens. Cut out the white carbs, and consume good fats. Check out the nutrition area from this sight.
