So my plan starts Monday (July 15), and i was going over my program and most of the exercises involve equipment seen in gyms. Basically, they involve equipment that i have no access to. So I tried to go back into my setup and change my options to "free weights, but no machines" instead of "weights and machines". However this did not change my program. Do you have to have access to a gym for this program to work. Or what are my other options since i do have limited equipment. Respond ASAP, my program starts tomorrow. --Chyna

You can substitute those machine exercises with free weights by going to the main menu, then choose ft Exercise Resources, then Muscle Targeting. Choose your muscle group from there and voila...a list of all of ft's exercises!
