Hi!
I'm a 16 year old girl from Illinois and I have a very busy schedule. I have school and a job and homework and horses to take care of, but I want to workout on a consistant basis, because if I don't do it often I don't do it at all. Does anyone have a recommendation as to how I could fit in workouts 5 days a week?

No? If you don't know where your spare time is. Someone who doesn't know your routine wont either!:laugh:
You sound very fit as it is! You are well occupied with plenty of energy already. Maybe learn to be satisfied with what you've got in life eh?
Try waking up 1/2 hour earlier for running, home exercise or some cardio- Ensure you have breakfast. Or 15 mins at lunch time minus shower time and you will ensure you eat a snack /meal after ?
