Hi, I am a 40 year old Asian female, 5'0" and 106 lbs. I am in reasonably good shape with two exceptions. I want to firm my mid and lower abs to rock hard condition and increase my breast size by enlarging the underlying pectoral muscles. I know the first is possible, but I am not sure about the second. I welcome all suggestions and comments.

Welcome to ft! Have you already signed up for an ft program? I can recommend the special 12-week abs program to help firm your abs. How's your current diet and exercise program? Does it include cardiovascular exercises? To help put some shape into your pectoral muscles, you can sign up for the standard 8-week tone (or mass) program and choose to target the chest area.
Good luck!

Hi, No I have not signed up for an ft program. Is it free and where do I find it? I guess I should search the web site some more. My current diet is very good, but I should add more protein. As an asian, the bulk of my everyday diet includes lots of veggies and carbohydrates. I just began an exercise program with my husband two days ago. We are using our treadmill and workout bench. Thank you

On the main menu, go to My ft Personal Info., then fill out your ft Personal Profile. This should take a minute or so to do. It will then ask you what program you would like to start. There's also a nutrition guide you can use based on your program and goal.
Good luck and keep us posted on your progress!

Their are a lot of good exercises that you can do for the pectorals (chest). These are generally either for mass or definition. barbell or dumbell presses on a flat/incline bench are the most common for mass and strength in the area. dumbell flyes are used for the latter (defintion)
You should try an FT program that encorporates chest training and see how it goes.
