Ok, so I'm about to go to dance camp and we have some pretty tight uniforms we are wearing. I have some love handles that I'd really like to get rid of, but the thing is, we're leaving in only a couple weeks! I don't want to starve myself, but if that's what it takes, I will. Me and my Dad walk up and down this steep hill about 6 times almost every day. Will that help?
starving your self will not make you lose those love handles. if you starve your self you metabolism will slow down and your body will burn fat slower and people who starve them selfs gain weight even faster because your body will start making you eat alot. Change your eating habits no more junk food and stuff like that, mix up your excersize routine. love handles are soo hard to lose but easy to gain, this is not going to be a 2 week fast fix, it takes a long time. and listen, be happy with your self and body
