Whats everyone I'm a newbie to this site! Ok, I am 20 I don't weight too much like 115 ish andI am 5'4... I am getting I guess you would say flabby and I have celulite. The only problem is that I work at a salon I really don't have alot of time to get to the gym. What are some great exercises to do around the house to tone my arms legs abdominals and my butt and also get rid of the celulite (which is not horrible but i know if i dont do something now it will get horrible!!):( Thanxxx ~Sarah

my fiance' does some tapes by Tamilee Webb. The tapes are great and the workouts are quick. All you will need is a few dumbells and you can workout your arms, legs, abs and toosh.

good luck!

There is also an at home, no equipment program here on FT, if I am not mistaken - check it out under fitness resources!

I know a gal with a heavy client load who still ate and trained for a bodybuilding show - where there is a will, there is a way. Find time.
