Can't spot reduce.... period! No ifs, ands or buts. Info -mercials lie. If you want your abbs to show, you need to diet and excercise, you won't burn fat from one area, calories are burned thrrough out the body, not just in the tummy, or butt or back of arms.
How do you eat?
what do you eat?
do your work out?
do you do cardio?

Here is a plan.
Weight train for 30-45 minutes 3 times per week. Use multi-joint exercises like squats, bench, pull-ups... Do 3 sets of 10 with 1 min of rest between sets. Choose 5 exercises for a given workout and crank through it. Perform your abs after the weight session. Then hit 20 minutes of hard cardio after each weight session. Try this for the first 3 weeks then post again and we'll go from there.

Hey Gator - I'm curious, how hard on the cardio? I'm one of those time constrained folks but, I do have a fitness center available at the office within which I can do weights and cardio. The fat burn programs on the 'machines' typically demand only moderate effort. Sound right?

Long drawn out carido kills your metabolism. I'll do 20-25 minutes of 160-180 BPM. It's hard to do it like that because you have to push through your comfort zonw but I honestly feel it is the best way. That will keep your metabolism spiked longer after the workout is finished than a long drawn out cardio session will.

YES! FIND the time to eat. You're gonna regret it if you don't. You're gonna kill your metabolism my friend.

WM think about your question.....does it sound good for you? Do you even need to ask that question?

Prepare meals ahead of time and eat on the go. As a last resort buy or make protein drinks/shakes or use eat some protein bars. Trail Mix or other healthy snacks could be good also.
