Ok, well I've got a nordic track at home and it is collecting dust as we speak. I really don't focus too much on cardio because of my high metabolism, but I realize my metabolism is going to go away as I age, so I need to start a healthy running program... What I'm really looking for in a running program is... well everything. I want speed, endurance, body fat loss, and any bonus I could get from running that is possible in one program. Now, I'm not a genius when it comes to running so this is where your help comes in. If anybody can help me set up a running program (it's the only cardio I have at home... my skates are destroyed from my skating days and my bike... well it's a bit small... and has three wheels. I don't really have anyone around my house to do any sports with so I figured running was my best option) that would suit my needs I will be eternally grateful, but I might not get back to this until later in the week to next week... I'm on vacation. Sunny beach. Mwuah, gotta love it. Well, any ideas or complete program would be helpful. Thanks.
