Okay, so I am always at the same dilemma. Am I lifting too little or too much? I have not been working out for the past 7 months. I went in the gym the first of this week and noticed that I had no idea how much weight to use. I think because I have not worked out in awhile I pushed it to the limit and probably have lifted too much. My problem is staying constant. Help.. Is their a basic guide that i can follow for body parts, being a female somewhere, and a suggested range of weight that should be used. Otherwise, I feel like my workout is for not... Thanks a million...

If you follow an FT workout program, use weights that are comfortable enough for you to perform the recommended number of repetitions (or less). Does that make sense? If not, feel free to e-mail me here at FT.

Good luck...
