Please state what your topic is in your subject heading. Most of your posts subject headings are basically "help,help". i can guaranty that you will get more responses. Most everyone will skip over headings such as yours.:angry:
As for warm up - 5 min of light cardio.:big_smile:

I agree completely. This is the last post of yours I will answer with the word "help" in the subject field.

As far as warm up, what are you warming up for?

I already suggested the ^....but I guess he didnt see it...

No special warm up is necessary....

Cardio: start light...walking/jogging for a few minutes, then once u break sweat proceed to the harder pace

Lifting: light jogging for 5 minutes, warm up sets for each lift...(usually 1-2 sets at 30-60% of 1rm)
