Am writing this for my friend. He has a big beer belly, as big as a 6-7 months pregnent woman's stomach. Now he want to reduce it, I asked him to do cardio and ab vaccum and some ab excercise. IS there any otherthing to do with it. Plz help. Thanz

Yes go on a diet. To lose the weight most effectively he has to cut calories....that's the bototm line...

He needs to do cardio addition for 30-45 minutes 3-4 days a week...

On top of that he should start fully body weight training using compound exercises....as well as generally eat healthy...he won't go anywhere drinking a 6pack of beers every other night...
