I need help with building my triceps and biceps

good lord another arm person!.............work them out.......pick 3 excerices each with moderate weights and reps in the 10 range......keep your from good and eat well.........eating right is the key, cause if you don't your results won't be what you want

Andrew is right. Pick out a couple of exercises and after that train as hard as you can to achieve your goal. Nuhtin comes easy!!!
