Physical Requirement: Ability to lift 125 pounds.

Details: I am a female, height 5'6" and weight 115. I am atheletic, but not necessarily strong. I have been playing sports throughout my life (cross country, track, soccer).

Question: Will I be able to lift 125 pounds (at my weight and height with proper weight training) within the next six months? Or is this goal unrealistic?

if its like emt tests in GA you will have to pull that onto a stretcher. Yes you can do it! Start lifting weights and practicing now. talk to other emts to see how exactly you are tested on that 125.
